Invoices are to be paid in full prior to order fulfilment.

SHIPPING
Most items ordered are subject to standard shipping costs, dependent on size and weight of the package. Expedited and priority options are available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery times are based on the shipment providers quoted times for their services and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Local delivery is available for all Squamish, BC residents.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please choose your artwork thoughtfully as all Store items and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED PIECES
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately!
If you notice damage upon unpacking your piece, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the piece with images of the damage. If the piece was damaged in transit we will endeavor to fix it or replace it. In the event that we are unable to replace the piece, a full or partial refund or store credit will be issued, dependent on factors such as the extent of the damage, value of the piece and the cost of return shipping. Ellynwood Designs is not responsible for any damage that may occur as a result of attempting to hang, mount or place the artwork or product. Hanging, mounting or placing the artwork or product shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of the Buyer.
